The Washington archery team gears up for nationals that starts today in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Demons will compete in the 2019 National Archery in the Schools Program Eastern Nationals for the Bullseye and IBO 3D Challenge competitions. Washington last competed as a team back on March 9thwhen they placed fourth out of 31 teams at the state competition. Samantha Mellinger is coming off of a sixth place finish with a bullseye score of 288, David Rees had 286, and Jack Strabala had a 285.
The national tournament gets underway today and continues into the weekend in Kentucky.
