A single-vehicle wreck lead to a citation in Mt. Pleasant. 

According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday 25-year-old Dakota Latcham of Mt. Pleasant was northbound in the 2100 grid of Nebraska Avenue. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole in a ditch. There was over $6,500 in estimated damages.

Latcham was given a citation for operating a non-registered vehicle. There were no injuries. The Henry County Health Center Ambulance, Access Energy and Newberry’s Towing also aided at the scene.
