Mid-Prairie’s girls’ track team repeated their winning ways and are again the state champions. They were led by Marie Hostetler who took first in the 3000 meter and 1500 meter races. The girls distance medley relay won by .02 seconds. The medley relay was made up of Abbigail Evans, Cassidy Rourke, Amber Swart and Hostetler. Mid-Prairie’s girls’ team also took second in the 600 meter race, third in the sprint medley, fourth in the 4×200 meter relay, and eighth in the discus. The Golden Hawk boys took sixth in the 4×800 relay and seventh in the 4×200 meter relay.

Washington’s Mitchell Driscoll took eighth in the 400 meter race, Ethan Hunt placed sixth in the 400 meter hurdles, Jenah Greiner took seventh in the long jump, followed by Isabel Bailey at eighth in the long jump.
