Postseason time has been kind to the Washington girls’ golf team in recent memory and the Demons will look to keep that trend going today, as they travel to DeWitt for a class 3A regional meet.
Out of the 12 teams competing Washington’s 364 season average for 18-holes ranks first while Davenport Assumption’s 387 is second. Kiki Guo could be competing for a regional title, as her 79 average bests the whole field.
The chance to go to state gets underway at 10 a.m. this morning at Springbrook Country Club.
