The Washington High School class of 2019 received their diplomas and tossed their caps Sunday. Commencement was held in the varsity gym and 129 students graduated. The three student speakers were Carly Burlingame, Jason Huertero, and Meghan Newman. Valedictorian was named at the commencement ceremony and was Cade Hennigan. Salutatorians were Peyton Cuddeback and Faith Hardin. The rest of the Washington Community School District students will be in class until June 7th, due to snow make up days from earlier this year.
