
The Southeast Conference baseball season is in full swing, as Washington gets back on the diamond tonight traveling to Keokuk for a doubleheader.
The Demons are 3-1 on the young season and are coming off of a split against defending conference champs Fairfield on Friday. Cade Hennigan will take the mound and has yet to give up a hit in 7 2/3 innings of work. The Chiefs were 7-32 last year and are 0-2 this season including an 8-3 loss to Louisa–Muscatine on Friday. Keokuk has recorded just four hits in the two games.
Game one gets underway at 5:30 p.m. this evening at Joyce Park in Keokuk. Listen to the doubleheader on FM 106.1 KCII starting at 5 p.m.
