Clinton County authorities apprehended a suspect Sunday morning with Washington County warrants. Billy Edward Stage, 36-years-old, of Cedar Rapids is wanted in Washington County for failure to appear for arraignment on charges of possession of controlled substance methamphetamine first offense. Clinton County also has local charges against Stage and a hold has been placed for Washington County.
