Two vehicles collided and blocked the road North of Wellman at the T-intersection of Ginkgo Avenue and Iowa-Washington Road. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 6:57 a.m. Thursday the two vehicles crashed. The drivers were Emma Lee Brenneman and Aaron David Telliho. The wreck blocked the roadway and the Wellman Fire Department provided traffic control. One person had chest pains. There was no ambulance transport. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel assisted at the scene. Both vehicles were towed.
