Kalona is the site of a Superconference baseball and softball doubleheader Tuesday when Iowa Mennonite School hosts Mediapolis. The IMS softball team is 0-14 after being swept by Louisa-Muscatine Monday in Letts by a combined 19-0 score. On the year, IMS is hitting .203, led by Suzanna Yoder and her .400 average. They have a team ERA of 8.55, led by Leah Bontrager with an 0-12 record in 61 innings, and an 8.45 ERA.

Mediapolis enters play with an overall mark of 0-16. The Bullettes were beaten by Highland 10-0 on Monday. For the season they are hitting .279 as a team led by Jayde Eberhardt with a .350 average. In the circle MEPO has a team ERA of 11.51 led by Olivia Moehle with 63 innings thrown, an 0-13 record and a 9.84 ERA. These two teams met a season ago with IMS posting the sweep by 7-3 and 9-6 scores.

The Iowa Mennonite School baseball team enters play with an overall record of 7-4 after sweeping Louisa-Muscatine 2-0 and 11-1 on Monday night. For the year the IMS boys are hitting .291 as a team, led by Blake Bontrager with his .419 average. On the mound, IMS has a team ERA of 2.44 with Trevor Leyden, Eli Ours and Blake Bontrager combining for a 6-0 record and ERA under one.

Mediapolis is 13-4 on the  year, coming off of their first conference loss Monday 4-2 to Highland. For the year the Bulldogs are hitting .328 as a team, led by Brennan Breuer and his .425 average. They have a team ERA of 4.27, topped by Cauy Massner with a 3-0 overall record in 21 innings. Nick Ensminger has a 1-0 record in 17 innings with a 2.42 ERA. Last year the Bulldogs swept this doubleheader by 7-1 and 4-1 scores.
