A Memorial Service for Jo Ann Kline Milligan of Washington will be Monday, June 24th at 11a.m. at the Independent Bible Church in Wayland, followed by a light luncheon. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to WCDC or Paws N More in Washington.
