A cow got into a garage and the owner received a warning for animal running at large. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday dispatch was notified that a woman found a cow in her garage in the 2300 grid of Ivy Avenue near Keota. She said this is an ongoing issue and had attempted to contact the owner but was unable to make contact. A Washington County Sheriff’s deputy responded and Chris Colliver was given a warning for allowing an animal to run at large. A list of damages will be given for restitution.
