A man was arrested in Haskins for trespassing over the weekend.
According to the Washington Communications Office, just before 6 p.m. Saturday a resident requested a deputy to assist with a neighbor trespassing. The caller told dispatch that their neighbor, 85-year-old Thomas Blakley, was driving his tractor on the caller’s property. The caller said there has been a history of harassment. Blakley was arrested for trespassing and the octogenarian was taken to the Washington County jail, where he has since been released.
