Free lunches are available in Washington for any child 18-years-old and younger. The Washington Community School District is hosting the free lunches through August 9th. In order to get lunch, children just need to stop by and go in. There is no enrollment process and no cost. Adults are welcome to eat at a small fee. The program is at Lincoln Elementary through Friday and switches to Stewart Elementary School July 15th. It is available Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There are also free transportation with buses around town, see the schedule below.
