The Kalona City Council will meet in regular session Monday. After the public forum, Kalona City Administrator Ryan Schlabaugh will update the city council on annexation discussions between the city and Shiloh. The council will also discuss an update from the Iowa DOT regarding the Highway 22 and Highway 1 intersection. The meeting will start at 7 p.m Monday at City Hall.
