After running away, four juveniles went on a string of robberies in Henry County.

According to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department, t just before 9 p.m. Monday four juveniles ran away from the Christamore House in Mt. Pleasant. The next morning a robbery was reported at the Coffee Depot in Mt. Pleasant. Law enforcement was able to identify the four juveniles taking property and money from the store on security footage. Throughout the morning, law enforcement responded to several other burglaries in the area involving vehicles and a residence. Later in the day, two of the suspects were apprehended at Walmart. A short time later, the other two were located at a residence and were taken into custody. All four juveniles were either transported back to the Christamore House or a juvenile detention center.

Charges of third-degree burglary and interference with official acts were filed. The names of those involved were not released.
