The Mid-Prairie baseball team was recognized this week by the River Valley Conference. Four Golden Hawks earned all-conference honors.

Mid-Prairie junior Brad Tornow was a first team all-conference selection as a pitcher. Tornow led the Golden Hawks, was fourth in the River Valley Conference with a 1.02 ERA. He struck out 102 batters, most in the RVC and third in 2A in just 55 innings. He finished with a perfect 7-0 overall record. At the plate, Tornow led the team and was seventh in the conference hitting .417 with 43 total hits, 32 runs, 12 RBI and 21 stolen bases.

Sophomore Vinny Bowlin was a second team all-conference catcher. He hit .253 at the plate with 20 total hits, 10 runs scored and 16 RBI.

Sophomore Kayden Reinier was a second team all-conference pitcher. He finished with a 4-0 overall record in 31 innings with a 2.03 ERA and 25 strikeouts. He hit .219 at the plate with 14 total hits, 11 runs scored and 13 RBI.

Sophomore Keegan Gingerich was an honorable mention all-conference pick. Gingerich hit .247 for the Hawks with 23 total hits, 21 runs scored and 15 RBI.

Mid-Prairie finished the season with an 18-12 overall record.
