Three women turned themselves into the Washington County Jail Thursday, all stemming from the same initial incident. At 3:05 p.m. 23-year-old Mariah Shanique Brown of Washington turned herself in on a Washington County warrant for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. At 3:40 p.m., 36-year-old Cecilia Ruiz of Washington and 29-year-old Maria Luisa Andrade also turned themselves in on local warrants for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. Bond was set at $1,000 for each woman. It all refers back to an incident at 1:20 a.m. on August 3rd where officers were called to the 500 block of East 7th Street in Washington.
