A graveside service and interment with military honors for 67-year-old Harlan James Palmer will be held at 1p.m. on Saturday, August 17th at Fulton Cemetery in Cairo, Iowa. Family will receive friends from 10a.m. to noon Saturday at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington.
