The Riverside City Council approved the sale of two commercial lots at their recent meeting.

Both lots are located on Commercial Drive in Riverside. The first lot was sold to Copper Creek Ridge for $40,000. The second lot was sold to Pro-Line Lawn Care for $166,428.98. A public hearing was held at the recent meeting, no public comments were made.
