A man seen throwing things from his truck along Highway 218 was arrested near Crawfordsville Sunday afternoon. According to the Washington County Communications Office just before 1 p.m., authorities were notified of a man in a maroon truck with lumber on it who was getting angry and throwing things. Two Washington County Sheriff’s deputies responded and arrested 59-year-old Dale Laverne Fleming of Wayland. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense for both marijuana and methamphetamine, as well as possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Fleming was taken to the Washington County Jail.
