Crews are replacing the Locust Street bridge in Columbus Junction. In order for work to be completed, Locust Street will be closed from Second to Fifth Street. Third Street will be closed from Locust to Walnut. Barricades will be placed on Fifth Street in a way that allows residents who live close to the bridge to get to their homes but the roadway is closed to through traffic. Work is expected to be finished in six weeks.
