A streak of vandalism in Ainsworth continued into Thursday. Starting Monday night, vehicles in Ainsworth have been gone through and some items have been stolen. According to the Washington County Communications Office, on Wednesday morning people awoke to find cars broken into in the 700 and 600 blocks of Pine Drive, 700 block of North Railroad, and the 700 and 500 blocks of Lincoln Street. Items missing include cash, keys to other vehicles, a backpack, and a Chrome book. Some vehicles had their car handles broken off. Wednesday at about 5:30 a.m. a woman saw a man leaving the area of the vandalism. No arrests have been made in connection to the Ainsworth vandalism.

There was also one report of a home being broken into in the 400 block of Old Military Road with a 60-inch television and a mini fridge stolen.
