A Washington County road that has been closed since June is now open. The Washington County Engineer’s Office announced that Palm Avenue is now open from 280th Street to Highway 92. The three-mile stretch of road was closed for grading and resurfacing. The work was done by DeLong construction of Washington for $296,499.50.
