Central Park in downtown Washington will be filled with crafts and nearly 100 vendors for the 30th Annual Craft Fair. The annual event is being held by the Washington Chamber of Commerce this Saturday. Event coordinator Alisha Davis says there is a new make and take craft. People can sign up with Repurpose It in advance and then make a sign on the bandstand. Davis says to expect a variety of items this weekend, “Crafts, homemade crafts a lot of that, homemade jewelry, the t-shirts and signs with sayings on them, a lot of those items, a lot of little kids stuff. There’s a really fun, new stuff a bear vendor coming; I can’t wait for my kids to do that.” Lunch will also be available at the craft fair with multiple food trucks and vendors on site. The fair runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
