The Keota volleyball team couldn’t get much going on Monday night in their trip to Marengo, as Iowa Valley downed them in three sets.

Keota was swept in set scores of 15-25, 10-25, 10-25. The Tigers recorded 55 digs on the evening and Taylor Smith managed nine kills. Taylor Kindred led the Eagles with three kills and Jaime Schulte had eight digs. Keota was 28 of 37 serving with five aces.

The Eagles drop to 0-8 on the season and get back on the court tomorrow hosting Belle Plaine.
