Iowa Highway Patrol arrested a Washington man on multiple drug charges early Wednesday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 12:16 a.m. dispatch was notified that a patrol officer was en route to the Washington County Jail with an arrest. Officers arrested 31-year-old Jesse Alan Rutherford for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine.
