A celebration of life service for 88-year-old Raymond Roy Nebel of Washington will be at 11a.m. Monday, September 23rd at the Eicher Mennonite Church in Wayland. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. An open visitation will be held Sunday, September 22nd from noon until 5p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Burial will follow the service. A memorial fund has been established for the Eicher Mennonite Church.
