A not-profit store in downtown Washington is celebrating 20 years in business. Earthly Blessings was established in September of 1999. A ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the event was held Friday by the Washington Chamber of Commerce Chamber Ambassadors. The store supports St. James Catholic School. It offers Christian gifts and home decor items. The store is staffed by volunteers.
