Decisions about the future of Wayland’s sewer system await the results of a Warner Engineering inspection. The goal of the inspection was to determine if repairs might be necessary to help mitigate infiltration in preparedness of a possible sewer upgrade. Warner Engineering is currently examining the results of the inspection to see what steps need to be taken to meet new DNR guidelines.
