Savings on vehicle maintenance, restaurant gift certificates, tickets to area events, and more can be found on the KCII Home Shopping Extravaganza. The bi-annual event kicks off Tuesday on KCII. It will be live on air from 10 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with a bonus hour of 6-7 p.m. Tuesday. KCII General Manager Joe Nichols says it’s best to have a list of what you want ready to go when you call 653-4513. Lists can be found at KCIIRadio.com (click here) or at the KCII Radio Station in downtown Washington. After your purchase is made live on air, another member of the KCII staff will call you back to confirm your purchases. Items can be paid for and picked up at KCII Friday and Saturday.
