A woman was arrested for assault Wednesday in Salem. The Henry County Sheriff’s office responded to a disturbance in the 300-block of Salem, where a female had assaulted another person. Upon responding to the scene it was found that 22-year-old Terra Marie Malott of Mount Pleasant had assaulted a female subject. Malott was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and simple assault.
