The Winfield-Mt. Union volleyball team rolled through Hillcrest Academy on the road in Kalona Thursday, posting a sweep in straight sets. The Wolves took the match by scores of 25-4, 25-11 and 25-15. Anna Hudson led WMU with seven kills. Keely Malone had nine assists. Carlee Sloan was a perfect 34 of 34 from the service line with six aces. Kyndal Townsley led the WMU defense with 16 digs. Hillcrest Academy was led in the match by Danae McGaffey with four kills. Malia Sedlacek had 10 digs. With the win, the Wolves are now 15-7 on the year, they will next be in action Saturday at the New London Tournament. The Ravens fall to 0-20, they play Waterloo Christian on Tuesday.
