A Morning Sun man has been charged in the fatal hit and run of a bicyclist in Muscatine. Earlier this week authorities arrested 52-year-old Terry Dwayne Gough on the charge of leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

On August 12th, at about 4:50 a.m. 49-year-old Devin Estabrook of Letts was on a bicycle northbound on Highway 61 when he was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle did not stop. Estabrook had been a member of the Grandview Fire Department and Louisa County Ambulance.

On August 22nd, a search warrant was executed on a Mack truck owned by Trioak Foods of Oakville in relation to the case. A preliminary hearing for Gough has been set for October 25th.
