The Columbus Wildcats hosted the Hillcrest Academy Ravens and Louisa-Muscatine Falcons Tuesday in a Southeast Iowa Superconference triangular volleyball event. The Wildcats scored a sweep over Hillcrest Academy by scores of 25-16, 25-18 and 25-10. The Wildcats were beaten by L-M in straight sets 25-13, 25-12 and 25-19. On the night the Wildcats were led by Kayla Beenen with 10 kills, Taylor Howell with 16 assists and Victoria Howell and Emma Milder with nine digs each. After the split the Wildcats are 6-21 overall.
Hillcrest Academy was beaten by Louisa-Muscatine 25-11 and 25-11 and fell to Columbus in straight sets. The Ravens are now 0-25 on the season.
