Two women face charges following a traffic stop near Riverside early Monday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 2:29 a.m. a traffic stop was conducted near 3070 Highway 22. The driver was 33-year-old Tiffany Fern Turner of Columbus Junction. She was arrested for operating while intoxicated, interference with official acts, and assault on a peace officer. She was taken to the Washington County Jail. Authorities also charged 27-year-old Brietta Michelle Walker of Conesville for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
