The Lone Tree football team ended their season with an exclamation point Friday, shutting out English Valleys 70-0. The Lone Tree defense was terrific, coming up with eight sacks including two each for Tyler Bell, Harmon Miller and Cale Yoder. Yoder also added two interceptions and Keegan Edwards had a fumble recovery. Lone Tree held EV to just 125 total yards in the game. The Lions offense piled up 224 yards rushing led by 93 yards from Miller on just eight carries and four touchdowns. Moses Martinez, Josh Mills, Levi Sotzen and Alex Viner all each had a touchdown. With the win, Lone Tree finishes the season with a 5-4 record.
