The Columbus Wildcat football team wrapped up their season on the road Friday with a 62-0 loss to the Wapello Indians. Wapello rolled to 471 total yards in the game including 309 on the ground, led by Jake Gustison with 154 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries. Tade Parsons was 11 of 14 through the air for 162 yards and two touchdowns. The Columbus offense had a hard time getting much going, finishing the game with just 81 total yards and two turnovers. Tucker Bright finished with nine carries for 45 yards. He also had four catches for 47 yards and accounted for 13 and a half tackles defensively. With the loss, Columbus ends the year 1-9.
