The Washington County Ambulance Advisory Committee will be discussed at the next Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting. At their October 22nd meeting, the board approved forming a subcommittee to examine ways to keep ambulance services in the county. On the agenda for Monday’s meeting is a clarification of previous board action regarding the advisory committee.

Also on the agenda is a quarterly report from the engineer, a correction to longevity pay benefit for an employee of the sheriff’s office, and a grant agreement for traffic safety improvements. The meeting will be at 9 a.m. Monday at the Courthouse. The meeting was moved from its normal Tuesday timeslot due to Election Day.
