Two people were arrested in Washington and face felony charges of child endangerment. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday law enforcement was out with a vehicle near 1100 West Madison Street in Washington. Officers arrested 34-year-old Jerry Herbert Davis of Washington for child endangerment, a class D felony, and a tattoo permit requirement. Officers also arrested 38-year-old Monica Ann Wood, of the same address as Davis, for child endangerment, a class D felony. Davis and Wood were both taken to the Washington County Jail.
