This year, the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk offense was all about getting yards and points, in chunks. The Golden Hawks finished with 53 touchdowns, fifth most in class 2A. The Golden Hawks racked up 3,141 total yards on the season, their 6.8 yards per play was eighth in class 2A. On the ground, the Golden Hawks finished with 2,213 yards rushing, eighth in 2A and reeled them off at a clip of six and a half yards per carry, seventh best in the state. Their 45 rushing touchdowns were the most in class 2A. Kayden Reinier led the state with 21 rushing scores. His 1,127 rushing yards were best in the district. The Mid-Prairie passing game was also explosive, ranking fifth in class 2A at 16.3 yards per completion. Brad Tornow led the Golden Hawk passing game going 53 of 107 for 880 yards, seven touchdowns and four interceptions. Keegan Gingerich led the receiving corps with 10 catches for 256 yards and a pair of touchdowns. The Golden Hawks ended the season with a 6-3 overall record.
