A record breaking offensive season on the gridiron for Nik Coble translated into postseason accolades for 8-player district 4, as he headlined seven WACO players on all district teams.
The senior quarterback was awarded co-offensive MVP of the league. He threw for a school record 2,425 yards that ranks him second in the district and he also led the team with 847 rushing yards. The three-year signal caller was responsible for an eye-popping 51 touchdowns this year. Other players awarded to the all district team included Gabe Reichenbach , Braden Hammond, Jaden Williams, and Robert Frazer. Reichenbach anchored a line that paved the way for over 4,000 yards of offense, Hammond led the team in tackles with 96.5, Williams caught 56 passes for 962 yards with seven scores, and Frazer provided depth on the outside with 49 receptions for 754 yards and 10 touchdowns. Jalen Collins and Drew Kissell were recognized as honorable mention. Kissell recorded 380 receiving yards and four touchdowns while Collins had 48.5 tackles.
The Warriors finished the year 4-5.
