A man faces multiple charges including a felony after being arrested for burglary over the weekend. According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 5 p.m. Sunday, a suspicious vehicle was reported to authorities. That vehicle was in the 1900 grid of 170th Street, about three miles south of Swedesburg. An investigation determined that 28-year-old Eduardo Garcia-Guzman entered a residence and began removing items. He was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree, a class D felony; criminal mischief in the fifth degree, a simple misdemeanor; trespassing, a simple misdemeanor; and traffic violations. The investigation is still ongoing.
