Celebration of life services for 72-year-old Robert “Bobby Wayne” Milford of Wellman will be at 9a.m. Saturday, November 30th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin at noon on Friday at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. A general memorial has been established.
