Renovations are coming to the Winfield-Mt. Union School District. At their November board meeting, the district approved a contract with BLDD Architects for construction design fees for an industrial arts renovation project. The current proposal includes four parts and is $40,000. This renovation is the second phase of three planned to update the school. The first is the $1.87 million HVAC project, the third phase includes gym renovations.
