This November was colder and drier than normal in Washington. According to the National Weather Service, the average temperature was 34.6 degrees, about four degrees below normal. The record-low average for the month was set in 2014 at 30.7 degrees. Also, about half of the normal 2.4 inches of precipitation fell this November. Last year, the record high snowfall for the eleventh month in Washington was set with over a foot of snow. Temperatures are expected to warm up a bit this week with high temperatures in the mid-40’s with partly sunny skies. Listen to KCII for weather updates.
