United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties will be hosting a ‘Light the Way Lantern Float’ Sunday, December 8th. This is a celebration of their 100th year of operation. In partnership with the Coralville Aisle of Lights, S.T. Morrison pond will be lit up Sunday evening. The public is invited to come together for a personal and collective moment of remembrance and reflection. Lanterns will be available to decorate beginning at 5 p.m. with 200 lanterns launching at 6 p.m.
