A vehicle was t-boned at the north junction of Highways 1 and 92 north of Washington. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 5:12 p.m. Saturday the two vehicles collided, sending two people to the Washington County Hospital. A Chevrolet Tahoe was southbound on Highway 1 driven by Hazel Sinn of Washington when a Ford F250 pulling a trailer traveling east on Highway 92 pulled out in front of it. The Tahoe collided with the truck and trailer. The truck was driven by Alexander Wyson of Thompsonville, Illinois.

Wyson was cited for failure to yield right of way. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
