The Highland wrestling team owned their home triangular by sweeping a pair of duals on Thursday night.

The Huskies defeated Mediapolis 42-33 and then Van Buren 73-0. Contested match winners against the Bulldogs included Easton Schlabaugh at 106 lbs by fall (1:18) and Carlos Valenzuela at 120 lbs by fall (5:36). Contested match wins against the Warriors included Yahir Jimenez at 113 lbs by fall (3:04), Ethan Paisley at 126 lbs by fall (0:58), Logan Bonebrake at 132 lbs by fall (0:23), Brogan Carolan at 152 lbs by a 13-5 major decision, Caedon Harbison at 170 lbs by a 5-0 decision, and Cael Yeggy at 182 lbs by fall (1:11).

Highland improves their dual record to 3-2 and return to the mat tomorrow at North Cedar for a tournament.
