A 73-year-old Keota man is facing charges after an incident at the Keota Health Care Center earlier this month. On Monday, December 2nd a complaint was filed against Leland Groff. Groff is accused of walking around the Keota Health Care Center property nude and approaching a female in a vehicle. The female took a picture of Groff as the incident was taking place. Groff admitted to drinking nine to 10 beers before disrobing to walk around the grounds. His blood alcohol level registered .158%, nearly twice the legal limit. According to court records, he is charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure. A preliminary hearing is set for this Friday in Keokuk County.
