A Midwestern hopeful for the Democratic nomination to run for president is visiting southeast Iowa Friday. Amy Klobuchar will be in Mt. Pleasant and Fairfield Friday afternoon. The public events include a meet and greet at Central Park Coffee in downtown Mt. Pleasant at 1:45 p.m. and a meet and greet at 3:45 p.m. at the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center. Senator Klobuchar is from Minnesota and visited a closed Washington County biofuel facility in October.
